Key Responsibilities:

+ Process rent receipts, MID postings, and manage delinquencies

+ Collaborate with property managers on disputes and tenant billing

+ Prepare AR aging reports and assist with audits

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of AR experience, ideally in real estate or property management

+ Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms

+ Customer-service oriented and detail-focused
