Staff Accountant

Indiana ABA Institute is looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team remotely from San Francisco. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,900 - $71,500 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package to support your growth and well-being.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Support the annual budget process and financial forecasting
• Prepare and file tax documents as required
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with healthcare accounting is a plus
