Tax Senior Accountant / Tax Supervisor (Hybrid, 1–2 Days Onsite)

About the Role

A growing private family office is seeking a Tax Staff or Senior Accountant to support high‑net‑worth individual, trust, and partnership tax work. This hybrid role requires 1–2 days onsite per week
.

• Prepare and (if senior-level) review complex federal and state tax returns.
• Ensure timely compliance with all tax deadlines.
• Private Foundations and gift tax required
• Respond to tax notices and requests from tax authorities.
• Gather necessary tax information from clients and internal teams.
• Research and resolve technical tax issues.
• Assist with administrative tax tasks and client correspondence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
  Master’s or CPA preferred.
• Staff: 2–3 years of public accounting experience.
• Senior: 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with complex/private equity K‑1s.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with tax and productivity software or ability to learn quickly.

• Flexible start time, preferably by 9 a.m.
• Hybrid: 1–2 onsite days weekly
