Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager
LHH is partnering with a fast-growing, creative entertainment company based in San Francisco. They are adding a Senior Accountant to support continued expansion. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, thrives in change, and genuinely appreciates music, arts, or creative culture.
This team is growing quickly, restructuring entities, and improving close processes - it’s busy, exciting, and full of opportunity to learn and influence how things are done.
ScheduleMonday–Thursday onsite in San Francisco / Friday remote
What You’ll Be Doing- Own balance sheet reconciliations and support a clean, efficient month-end close
- Manage intercompany transactions and entity rollups
- Support consolidation as subsidiaries expand into the double digits
- Help clean up and streamline accounting processes during restructuring
- Partner with Accounting Manager to improve close timelines and accuracy
- Prepare for future audits
- Work across multiple systems and adapt as new tools are implemented
- Participate in system enhancements, including a new AI-enabled close tool
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 4–6 years of accounting experience, including audit exposure is a must
- Public accounting preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Net Suite experience is a firm requirement
- Advanced Excel skills
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable in evolving environments
- Someone who enjoys sharing ideas and improving how things work
