Job Description:
- Prepare individual and pass through returns
- Research and draft memorandum involving complex tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Handle and resolve tax controversies
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
- Provide supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promote open communication to the engagement partner and manager
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task on multiple Client engagements
- Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm required
- Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
