About the role:They’re hiring their Founding Account Executive to build and grow their Account & Finance recruiting vertical. You’ll bring experience owning business development at an Accounting & Finance recruiting agency and use that expertise to win new accounting firm clients, running the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This role is ideal for someone who knows the nuances of accounting hiring and is eager to apply that knowledge in a fast-growing tech startup.
Musthaves:
- 4 - 7 years of experience selling recruiting services to accounting firms - Please don't apply if you haven't sold recruiting services to accounting firms
- Experience building their own book of business in accounting recruiting
- Track record of top performance: quick promotions, Top Biller/Producer, consistently beating quota
