Director of Accounting

The Director of Accounting will be responsible for all business unit revenue streams and accounting functions. 4 days Onsite and remote on Fridays. Position is eligible for 15% annual bonus.

Ideal candidate will have the following:

• 10 years experience and 5 yrs management

• Accounting and Reporting for Real Estate Portfolio and all business units

• Complex revenue and real estate transactions, settlement processes, and facility management accounting.

• Lead external audit and manage accounting staff,

• Revenue and lease accounting expert, manage all fixed assets,

• Manage all revenue and contractual distribution,

• ASC 606 and ASC 842

• CPA required, public accounting and corporate accounting mix, commercial real estate accounting.
