Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and analyzing financial data to support informed decision‑making.

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools, as well as spreadsheet applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the field of accounting is advantageous
