Join our El Super Store Operations Team as a Seafood Clerk. Under direct supervision, you will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service, assist customers, set up, maintain and clean the seafood display cases, and rotate the seafood displays. Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, standing, and stooping for prolonged periods.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with seafood selection.
• Set up, maintain, and clean seafood display cases.
• Perform rotating of seafood displays.
• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Follow product rotation and safety procedures.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers and employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to follow detailed instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently up to 45 lbs., occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Valid Food Handler Card or equivalent certification.
