Job Description

• Manage electrical projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets, lead team onsite, value engineering, change orders, and GC/client/sub relations
• Blueprints, contracts, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout
• Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controls
• Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch

• 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager on commercial, industrial, or public works electrical construction projects
• Prefer experience in Accubid and Bluebeam
• Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check
