Community Therapy Services is seeking passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high‑quality therapy services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings. Under the guidance of our Clinical Regional Managers, you’ll assess, treat, and support children with developmental and physical disabilities and collaborate closely with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

Pay: $60.00 – $70.00/hour
Referral Bonus:

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate and Diagnose
    :
    Assess communication skills (articulation, fluency, voice, language) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Treat & Support
    :
    Deliver speech therapy to infants and toddlers; instruct families in communication strategies.
  • Collaborate
    :
    Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Child Development Specialists.
  • Supervise
    :
    Guide and support CFs, SLPAs, and CDS staff while maintaining state and ASHA compliance.
  • Communicate
    :
    Keep families informed of progress while ensuring confidentiality.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Complete timely assessment reports and treatment updates.
  • Manage scheduling and maintain records in the company’s management system.
  • Mentor junior staff and lead caregiver meetings on communication development.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • CCC‑SLP from ASHA
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience, including supervision
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
