You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000 commission-based
Responsibilities:
- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Speak and engage with pre‑qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
