Registered Nurse

Our Neuro Restorative facility located in San Dimas, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Shift Available

Full-time NOC shift
NOC shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT pay)
DT after 12th hour

Registered Nurse

Salary Range: $38.00-$41.00 per hour, based on experience
Overtime pay after 8th hour (OT pay = $57.00-$61.50 per hour)
NOC shift = $2.00 per hour shift differential

Qualifications

Accredited RN degree, current state RN license
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Minimum one year of experience
Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
