Kids Caregiver Coordinator

20 hours a week

Coordinate a team who will invest in the lives of the children during Re|Engage and Re:

Gen ministries across Campuses.

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

• Recruit and train team members to provide adequate classroom care as needed following all the proper protocol items, making sure to build relationships, not only with the children, but with the families as well.
• Train on classroom and time management along with curriculum usage.
• Create or curate and manage all weekly curriculum and obtain all needed supplies.
• Manage supply budget.

• Continue to grow as a follower of Christ, so that what you do overflows from your relationship with Him.
• Faithfully give to the Lord through ONE&ALL Church in a way that is consistent, sacrificial and follows the first fruit principle with a tithe being the benchmark to grow towards.
• Live out the ONE&ALL Staff Values in relationships with other staff, congregation and community.

• To have extensive periods of time standing or holding small children.
• To lift children that can weigh anywhere from 10 to 60 pounds.
• To change diapers and clean classrooms and toys.

• This environment requires you to make split second decisions that affect the safety and overall well-being of the children under our care.
• We aim to always have this environment well staffed however there will be times that this environment will be short staffed. We ask that you rise to the occasion and multi-task as necessary.

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School graduate or higher and experience working with children and families.
• Experience working in a team environment and leading others.
• WORKING GENIUS of Galvanizer as genius or competency.
• Exhibit good recruiting and supportive skills.
  
  Possess good time management skills.
