McKinley is a highly respected welfare organization with a comprehensive array of programs and services – which touch nearly 1,800 lives annually – including short term residential treatment program (STRTP), Foster Care, Adoptions, Mental Health Services, and Special Education. We are looking for a Junior Recruiter, who is willing to embrace McKinley’s mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Junior Recruiter is responsible for ensuring McKinley is able to fulfill its mission by proactively recruiting the most qualified potential team members whose values are aligned with the organization's mission, vision and values in the quickest amount of time. This role is critical to ensure professional service delivery to all children and families referred to McKinley.

The pay range we’re offering is $18.00- $22.00 hourly depending (Based) on experience.
