We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and material handling in our cGMP manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials move accurately and efficiently from receiving through production and shipping, directly supporting our ability to deliver high-quality products on time.

What You’ll Do- Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments
- Verify quantities, documentation, and material condition
- Store and dispense raw materials, reagents, and solvents for production
- Prepare samples and documentation for QC testing
- Maintain inventory records, labels, and certificates
- Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliations
- Assist with shipping finished products to customers
- Collaborate with team leads and cross‑functional partners
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
- High School Diploma required;
Associate Degree in Applied Science (Chemistry, Biology, or related field) preferred - 1–2 years of related warehouse, lab, or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and documentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work cross‑functionally
- Team‑oriented, reliable, and self‑motivated

Salary
: $22/hr - $24/hr
