• Adhere to safety/OSHA regulations
• Learn and apply Lean Principles
• Unloading and labeling installation trucks
• Work with vendors and suppliers
• Material pickup
• Receiving orders
• Staging of construction materials function for installation crews
• Window fabrication and final assembly
• Maintain clean working areas

• Great attitude and work ethic; teamwork is a must!
• Professional appearance and manner
• Attention to written instructions: ability to follow assembly instructions, driving directions, and other documents
• Ability to accurately gather materials for specific orders
• Customer service focus
• Experience measuring and cutting carpentry materials accurately
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 50–75 lbs., climb and work from ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks associated with construction projects
• Safety‑oriented
• Open to and able to learn
• Forklift certified is preferred, but willing to train
• Experience stocking and pulling materialen in a warehouse environment is preferred
• Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is required
• Smartphone for job‑related navigation and app use
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
