Job Summary:

The Material Handler is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by safely handling, moving, and organizing materials throughout the facility. This role involves loading and unloading products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all materials are properly staged for production or shipment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Load and unload materials, products, and shipments manually or with pallet jacks/forklifts (if certified).

* Stage, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing materials according to warehouse guidelines.

* Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipping as needed.

* Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, documentation, and storage.

* Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

* Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse tasks.

* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

* Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

* Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs consistently (adjust if needed).

* Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

* Strong attention to detail and reliability.

* Forklift experience a plus but not required (can adjust depending on need).

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
