K-Flex USA is a global leader in flexible insulation products, committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated Logistics Operator to join our growing San Diego warehouse team.
Position SummaryThe Logistics Operator plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including safely operating forklifts, managing inventory transactions, and supporting order accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in logistics and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks in compliance with all safety policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Perform inventory transactions using a PDA and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Verify orders, paperwork, and logistics transactions for accuracy
- Move K-Flex products and materials to internal and external customers
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the supervisor
- Complete required operational paperwork accurately and timely
- Follow all ERP and warehouse procedures
- Assist with problem‑solving related to warehouse operations
- Cross‑train in other logistics areas as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- 06 months of general warehouse experience (forklift experience strongly preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Sit‑down forklift experience or ability to obtain forklift certification
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
- Team‑oriented with the ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Use of hands, arms, and legs to lift, push, pull, and reach
- Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, heat, and moderate noise
