Overview
Rampart Aviation is currently hiring Pilot in Command Pilots. Our team is currently in the process of selecting a Pilot in Command for our fleet of turboprop aircraft. Experience in turbo prop multi-engine aircraft is required.
Responsibilities- Perform Pilot In Command duties for Rampart flight operations.
- Current base is near Point Mugu, CA (KNDT); must live in the area.
- Willing to perform duties as Instructor Pilot and or Check Airman.
- This is a CONUS based position. However, short term deployments may be required.
- Flight operations are conducted under Part 91, 105, and 135.
- All duties will be performed in accordance with Company Operations Manuals, Military Operations Procedures, and the Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Must hold FAA Pilot Ratings: ATP Multi-engine Land
- CFI, CFII, MEI is desirable
- Valid First Class Medical
- 2500 hours Total Time
- 500 hours Multi-Engine
- Must have valid US Passport.
- Valid US Driver's License.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a Secret Clearance - Secret Personal Security Clearance strongly desired.
Climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, extensive walking and working in tiring uncomfortable positions. May require lifting of objects whose weight may exceed 50 pounds. Special vision abilities required to perform this job are close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
Work EnvironmentThe diversity of work conditions may range from an environment with little or no physical discomfort to one where inclement weather may subject individuals to severe changes of temperature, wind, rain, etc. Travel to austere high-stress environments will be required. May be required to work in areas where high noise hazards prevail. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. May be exposed to electrical shock hazards.
