This position is located on Naval Base San Diego. The purpose of this position is to perform duties commonly found in a variety of work situations and incidental to many different occupations in MWR, such as grounds maintenance, warehouses, facilities, and rental operations. This involves heavy labor, the use of hand and power tools, operating motor vehicles, towed, and large equipment.
DutiesRequirements
- Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
- Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigation.
- Outdoor work is performed in all kinds of weather.
- Must wear issued protective gear.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Position to support loading and unloading barge
