Schulte Companies is seeking an energetic, experienced, and hands‑on Bellperson / Shuttle Driver to join our team. Our mission is to exude hospitality and prioritize the needs of our stakeholders.

- Assist guests with carrying luggage and other items to their room.
- Assist with changing guest rooms, deliver messages, or request taxis for guests.
- Operate hotel van transporting hotel guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the hotel van.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a bell person.
- Minimum of high school education.
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check and drug screening.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) A or B with Passenger (P) endorsement and a clean driving record.
- 1‑year previous experience as a chauffeur, bus driver, shuttle driver, or van driver required.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Team player.
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests.
- This role may include a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) is available for eligible associates according to the Company’s policy.
- This position is tipped eligible.
