We are a family run local small business going on 25 years of serving San Diego with exceptional transportation. We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team! As the Bus Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the bus while adhering to a schedule and ensuring your passengers’ well‑being. The ideal candidate has a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and 2 years previous experience as a bus driver or has completed bus driver training.

We have both part time and full time, hourly and split shift opportunities available. Currently we do have some split shift construction options open Monday-Friday roughly 5am-8am and 2-5pm. Starting pay for that shift is $25/hr.

• Pick up and drop off passengers as needed on contract
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
• Assist clients with boarding and exiting
• Engage with clients in a friendly and courteous manner

• CDL permit with passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to follow GPS directions
• 2 years Commercial driving experience
• Air Breaks endorsement preferred
