Cardio Kickboxing Coach​/Fitness Instructor; Part-Time

CKO Kickboxing San Diego is seeking an experienced and motivated Cardio Kickboxing Coach / Fitness Instructor to lead high-energy classes and contribute to a positive, results-driven gym environment.

• Lead engaging, high-intensity cardio kickboxing classes.
• Introduce new drills, combinations, and training formats to keep classes fresh.
• Modify workouts to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.
• Coach or assist with boot camp and strength & conditioning classes.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and motivating class environment.
• Support the growth of a strong gym community.

• Previous experience teaching cardio kickboxing or group fitness classes.
• Experience with boot camp and/or strength & conditioning training preferred.
• Strong communication and class management skills.
• Ability to adapt workouts in real time.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Guaranteed 4–8 hours per week to start.
