Job Description
San Diego Tennis Center (SDTC) is seeking an experienced Tennis Professional to coach junior and adult players ages 5–adult. The role focuses on player development from Red Ball through competitive levels while creating a positive, welcoming environment.
Qualifications: Candidates must have 1,500+ coaching hours, experience working with ages 5–6, strong on‑court presence, and a professional, team‑oriented attitude. USPTA or PTR certification (or plan to obtain) required.
Schedule & Compensation: Schedule includes afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays (up to 35 hrs/week). Pay: $40–$45/hr clinics, $60/hr privates, plus bonuses with breaks.
