A Box Pro is more than a golf instructor—it’s a hybrid role that blends coaching, player development, club fitting, and community leadership
. Box Pros are trusted experts inside the Tee Box facility, responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience while helping golfers measurably improve.

This role is ideal for coaches, fitters, and competitive or high-level golfers who love working with people, technology, and performance-driven training environments.

• Deliver high-quality golf instruction using Tee Box’s training systems and standards
• Design and execute personalized improvement plans for members
• Utilize technology (Trackman, Sportsbox AI, FORJ, etc.) to drive data-backed coaching
• Support athletes and golfers through skill development, training sessions, and assessments

• Conduct professional club fittings and equipment assessments
• Educate members on equipment recommendations that support performance goals
• Drive club sales while maintaining a high-integrity, athlete-first approach
  
  Collaborate with Tee Box leadership on evolving club-fitting standards

• Build strong relationships with members and foster a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Serve as a leader on the floor—setting the tone for culture, professionalism, and service
• Support leagues, events, clinics, and community initiatives
• Represent the Tee Box brand with authenticity and enthusiasm

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Tee Box location
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the coaching and training areas
• Support onboarding and education of new members
• Work collaboratively with franchise owners and leadership teams

• Strong golf background (coaching, competitive play, teaching, or fitting experience preferred)
• Passion for helping golfers improve—not just play
• Comfort with technology and performance data (or excitement to learn)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• High energy, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
• Sales experience or comfort discussing equipment and training options is a plus
• Certifications (PGA, LPGA, TPI, etc.) are a plus but not required
