Youth Tennis SD Holiday Community Event

Youth Tennis San Diego is planning a free and fun tennis holiday festival for all of the kids in the City Heights community. This event will have tennis games, prizes, and Santa on court for the fun! Volunteers are greatly appreciated, as they anticipate up to 100 participants.

Volunteers will help on the court with group tennis games, and help with “meet and greet” with Santa. They are planning for lots of kids, lots of tennis fun, and lots of holiday cheer! Tennis experience is not needed but appreciated.

Attire: Sports attire and tennis shoes are required. A jacket is encouraged as this opportunity takes place both indoors and outdoors. Holiday attire is also welcome.

Bring: A reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat.

Court-Ordered Volunteers: Due to site policy, this organization does not accommodate court-mandated volunteers.

Weather: In the event of rain, we will cancel the event as there is no indoor space for tennis.

Note: 80-100 youth are expected in attendance! Volunteer support is greatly appreciated!

Youth Tennis San Diego is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose is to promote the educational, physical, and social development of all youth through organized tennis and educational activities. Their community programs encourage youth participation, personal integrity, leadership, and competitive spirit in a friendly environment that builds responsible citizens.
