A community-focused organization in San Diego is seeking a Head Lifeguard to maintain a safe aquatic environment, supervise staff, and assist in facility operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of lifeguarding experience and hold current certifications in lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR. This part-time position requires availability for at least 3 shifts per week, primarily between 5am and 2pm.

Compensation ranges from $19.69 to $23.63 per hour.
