Rancho Bernardo Road, San Diego, CA 92128. Positions include Coach, Site Director, and other coaching skill levels for ages 4–13.

Padres Summer Camps is hiring energetic, positive coaches to inspire youth to make good choices & be accountable while having a great time. We provide equipment, training, and curriculum; you provide leadership to help campers enjoy baseball/softball and develop personal accountability.

• Work outdoors with young campers and connect with like-minded colleagues.
• Share knowledge of baseball/softball and enhance the Padres Camps experience.
• Make a positive difference in the lives of youth.
• Help young people develop a love of the game and the San Diego Padres.
• Earn bonus pay for certain commitment levels.
• Be eligible for free tickets to select San Diego Padres home games.
• Participate in end‑of‑summer rally at Petco Park.

• Have experience working with children ages 4–13.
• Have experience coaching and/or playing baseball/softball at high‑school level or higher.
• Have a passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging, energetic way.
• Are able to connect with children one‑on‑one and in a group setting.
• Lead by example with strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Are dependable and reliable.
• Know how to have a lot of fun!!

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers.
• Manage and motivate campers each day.
• Execute the San Diego Padres Baseball Camps Curriculum under Site Director’s direction.
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games.
• Highlight teachable moments for campers’ learning and growth.
• Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to uphold the Padres Baseball Camps reputation.

• Commit Monday‑Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a minimum 3‑5 week commitment.
• Be willing to travel to each site with reliable personal transportation.
• Pass a comprehensive background screening.
• Pay is based on skill level and experience.

• Professional Educator: $20.00/hour (requires at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience and/or proof of teaching certification).
• College Student/Recent Graduate: $17.25/hour
• High School Student/Under 18: $17.25/hour

• Invitation to complete a one‑way video interview.
• 15‑minute virtual interview with the General Manager.

Padres Baseball & Softball Camps run every week from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
