Experience of 2+ year in testing 3G/4G/5G Wireless Technology

Engineers on this team are responsible for integrating, testing and releasing to our customers our broad range of wireless modem software components as a cohesive software subsystem that is a central part of the overall software solution for all of our chipset products.

Responsibilities:

Sanity testing of software builds and validation of bug fixes on mobile device prototypes in lab

Initial on-target debug, log analysis and classification of failures and reporting of issues

Collaboration with software development teams in order to find and fix software bugs

Development of test scripts to verify new modem software features and enhance testing coverage

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in 3G/4G/5G wireless technologies in a testing/debugging role

Experience in test execution using lab test equipment, troubleshooting device / software issues, analyzing logs and isolating failures

Experience in software test automation tools

Experience in development of scripts for test automation (Perl or Python)
