Job Title:
Senior Software Developer/Architect (Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer/Architect with 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in Incentive Compensation and at least 5 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (FIC) implementations. The ideal candidate will lead technical solution architecture and design discussions, ensure best practices in application and integration development, and adhere to enterprise architecture standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions and expectations are essential.
EngagementCloud & Incentive Compensation
- Design and implement Incentive Compensation plans by collaborating withੋbusiness stakeholders, leading discovery sessions, and gathering requirements.
- Analyze business compensation plans and translate them into FIC business rule architecture.
- Configure and manage FIC tools, including plan setup in test and production environments. Interface? Wait output. This is just preview of simulation.
