• Collaborate with a globally distributed team, including remote international travel for 2–4 weeks when required.
• Write clean web‑service APIs for both CLI and web‑frontend clients using Python and, optionally, Golang.
• Design, implement, and ship new features and enhancements from specification through production and ongoing operations at scale.
• Review code and technical designs produced by other engineers and provide constructive feedback.
• Discuss ideas and collaborate on finding effective solutions.

• Demonstrated professional proficiency developing public‑facing APIs and web applications in Python.
• Strong background in backend development and infrastructure.
• Proficient with relational and non‑relational databases, data‑model design, and query tuning.
• Comfortable using Ubuntu as a development and deployment platform.
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, STEM, or a related field.
• Passionate about technology and working with a diverse, talented team.
• Curious, flexible, articulate, accountable, and self‑motivated.
• Values soft skills and demonstrates enterprising, thoughtful, and passionate leadership.
