Role: Case Management Associate 1 (ETA)
Compensation Range: $22.50 - $26.50 hourly. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
Work Requirements: Full-time, in-office (Monday-Friday). Residency in San Diego County is required.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop participant plans, including work activities, educational, and training programs.
- Conduct assessments for barriers and skills.
- Determine eligibility and need for supportive services such as child care and transportation.
- Manage participant progress and update plans accordingly.
- Assist participants in developing vocational goals.
- Monitor and record monthly progress to ensure compliance and attendance.
- Notify human services specialists of non-compliance issues.
- Maintain case files and update systems regularly.
- Stay informed on program procedures and community resources.
- Maintain contact with clients and employment/educational organizations.
- Ensure performance metrics are met.
- Active listening and ability to relate to participants.
- Empathy and respect for cultural differences.
- Ability to learn new databases and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prioritization and deadline management.
- Confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Office environment with flexibility for different locations as needed.
Range: $43,900 - $65,200 annually.
