Prestige Fleet Services performs onsite truck and trailer maintenance and repairs. • Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, such as brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, electrical systems, engine components, exhaust systems, after-treatment systems, lift-gates, tires, etc.
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Repair/Replace vehicle and trailer components.
• Open and close repair orders on a company-issued device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in a timely fashion.

• Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience required.
• Strong diagnostics skills required.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills.
• Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders, including adding labor hours and updating work order statuses.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop or crawl.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (1-2 hours).
• 2-year experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections.
• Certification in Carb Emission a plus.
• Salary $38-$45/hr salary depends on experience.
