Your Impact

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain cooling systems – diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components of entire HVAC systems.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Perform upgrades or additional maintenance on out‑of‑season HVAC equipment.
  • Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‐out services.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
Core Experience
  • Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
  • 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
  • Must communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.

  • Must be available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
  • Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
  • Occasional overnights required – company pays all travel costs and provides per diem.
  • Driving to remote work sites as needed.
  • Will be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
  • Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
  • Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Rate: $30.00 – $38.00 USD (DOE)
