Contents Technician

• Carefully pack out personal belongings, furniture, and household items from affected properties.
• Inventory and log items using digital inventory-tracking systems to ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of emergency restoration equipment as needed.
• Prepare contents for secure storage, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Load and unload household goods for transport and storage.

• Clean and restore personal belongings and household contents impacted by water, fire, smoke, or mold.
• Perform high-detail cleaning of both contents and interior structures as needed.
• Use specialized equipment and chemicals to complete cleaning and deodorization tasks effectively and safely.
• Follow established restoration protocols and company procedures to ensure quality and consistency in service.

• Clean driving record and valid drivers license
• Previous experience in restoration, cleaning, or contents handling is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs) and work in physically demanding environments.
• Comfortable working in environments impacted by smoke, water, mold, or fire damage (PPE provided).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Water Damage Restoration (WRT), or similar is a plus.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
• Exposure to restoration job site environments which may include water, mold, smoke, debris, and tight spaces.
• PPE and safety training provided.
• May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
