Join our growing team as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and Restoration Laborer! We specialize in water damage restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, and emergency restoration services. • Water damage restoration and flood cleanup
• Fire damage restoration and smoke damage repair
• Mold remediation and moisture control
• Emergency restoration services 24/7
• Property restoration using state-of-the-art technology

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
• Demolition of water-damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation)
• Content cleaning, pack-out services, and debris removal
• Operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters)
• Vehicle maintenance and equipment care
• Job site cleanup and warehouse organization
• Inventory management and supply loading
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Provide customer service with empathy during crisis situations

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Physical fitness – ability to lift 50+ lbs (fitness test required)
• Background check clearance (FBI)
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible scheduling
