Responsibilities- Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, air‑conditioning facilities, and related equipment powered by steam, air, diesel, gas, water, or other energy sources. Inspect and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical, piping, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient and economical operation. Perform repairs on toilet facilities, registers, radiators, lights, fixtures, minor repairs on furniture and floors. When on high‑pressure boiler installations, follow all applicable State, County, City codes, ordinances, and laws.
