Job Responsibilities- Load and unload vehicles with event equipment.
- Set up and dismantle items such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom‑made pieces.
- Follow event layout plans to ensure accurate placement of equipment.
- Travel with a driver or installation crew to multiple event sites in a single day.
- Assist drivers with safe maneuvering of vehicles at event sites.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members during on‑site work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous event setup or installation experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing daily schedules based on event bookings and completion times.
- Reliable transportation to meet at the warehouse or assigned Bright location before each shift.
- Punctuality, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.

- Training on safety protocols, equipment handling, and setup procedures.
- A team‑based work environment; installers always work with a driver or larger crew.
