• Load and unload vehicles with event equipment.
• Set up and dismantle items such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom‑made pieces.
• Follow event layout plans to ensure accurate placement of equipment.
• Travel with a driver or installation crew to multiple event sites in a single day.
• Assist drivers with safe maneuvering of vehicles at event sites.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members during on‑site work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

• Previous event setup or installation experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily schedules based on event bookings and completion times.
• Reliable transportation to meet at the warehouse or assigned Bright location before each shift.
• Punctuality, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.
