Job Description
- Install interior and exterior doors (frames, hardware, adjustments)
- Install cabinets, casework, and millwork with precision
- Perform misc. finish carpentry (trim, blocking, punch-list work)
- Hang drywall and assist with basic drywall-related tasks when required
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and field dimensions
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Work collaboratively with superintendents and other trades
- Represent Premium West professionally on active job sites
- Journeyman-level experience in finish carpentry
- MUST have own tools appropriate for finish carpentry and installation work
- Proven experience with:
- Door hanging & hardware installation
- Cabinet and casework installation
- Miscellaneous finish work
- Ability to hang drywall (finishing experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Employment Type
- Monday - Friday. Some Saturday's
Pay Rate-$35.00-$45.00HR
Pay-Rate Ranges $17.75/HR-$85.00/HR
