Full-Time Concrete Finisher
Schedule: Monday – Friday with availability to work weekends as needed

CA Driver's License and a minimum of 5 years of concrete finishing experience are required.

We’re looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher with 5+ years of experience to help craft top-quality sidewalks, slabs, curbs, and more. If you take pride in smooth edges, precise grades, and a job done right, join our team and bring your expertise to projects that last.

At LOT Commercial Property Services, we specialize in commercial properties and outdoor retail spaces.

You are an experienced Concrete Finisher with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of concrete finishes and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

• Place, spread, level, and finish concrete for floors, sidewalks, slabs, curbs, and other structures.
• Apply various finishing techniques (trowel, float, broom, stamp, stain, or polish) to achieve specified textures and appearance.
• Set, align, and remove forms; ensure proper grading and slope.
• Monitor the curing process and ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• 5+ years of verifiable concrete finishing experience.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, finishing tools, and surface treatments.
• Ability to read and follow plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in commercial or residential projects.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Stamina to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Note: Lifting and carrying weight exceeding 50 lbs. is often accomplished with assistance from one or more people
