Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

• Electrical Journeyman Foreman
• Plan & manage commercial electrical projects, including schedules, manpower, and workflow.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Perform estimations & take‑offs; read and interpret blueprints.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues.
• Enforce safety rules, regulations, and code compliance.
• Communicate with clients and team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Mentor apprentices as needed.

• Journeyman Electrician License (CA) or 4 years of experience with ability to qualify.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (reimbursement available) and clean driving record.
• Experience on construction sites; ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, and use power and hand tools.
• A steady work history (minimum 3 years between hops) and pleasant disposition with high EQ.
• Ability to qualify for an Intersection's B License, act as RME for Intersection’s B License.
• Preferred: C10 License.
