The position is full-time and requires physical presence, as it is not a remote job. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to maintaining and enhancing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. We emphasize the importance of safety, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, sewage, and heating systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot various issues within plumbing and heating systems to prevent or address failures.
• Work directly with clients, assessing the infrastructural needs, providing professional recommendations, and explaining the processes and solutions tailored to their specific situation.
• Carry out installations of critical components like sewers and gas water heaters, ensuring high operating standards.
• Maintain thorough and detailed reports of each job performed, documenting the challenges encountered, the solutions applied, and the final outcomes.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance with national and local building codes during each project phase.
• Ensure all tools and work spaces are kept in optimal condition, adhering to organizational standards and practices for maintenance and cleanliness.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Possession of a valid California Driver’s License.
• Outstanding teamwork capabilities and the ability to function well in collaborative environments.
• Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to provide clear and engaging explanations and solutions to clients.
• Professional demeanor and a goal‑oriented approach to tasks, with high standards of quality and precision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and safety standards pertinent to plumbing and heating systems.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the job including lifting, bending, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
