Skilled Tradesman​/Carpenter

We are currently looking for well-rounded skilled and experienced commercial renovation specialist/workers (not management or contractors) You must be able to work with a team and be a good team member. We are looking for applicants with strong renovation backgrounds, self-motivated, must be detail oriented and can do a wide variety of trades. Some jobs will take you out of San Diego into Northern CA or Sacramento.

We are general contracting firm that does a wide array of commercial, state and federal work. you must be experienced, honest, timely and must pay attention to detail. some of the examples of work will include- framing (both steel and wood), window and door installation, LVT, laminate and other types of flooring installation, drywall, mud and texture, plumbing, electrical and painting etc.

This person MUST have a valid driver’s license, social security card, reliable transportation, a smartphone, and their own tools.
Again, if you do not have experience in several of the above listed trades DO NOT apply for this job!!
