Job Description
- Current and valid driver's license
- Previous experience using technology on handheld devices
- Knowledge of Trades including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing and electrical.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills( English and Spanish)
- Ability to interact effectively with fellow employees and management
- Must have a high level of integrity and professionalism in all business situations.
- Successful prior track record as a Handyman / Craftsman
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing and various other trades
- Own standard set of tools to perform all the above trades
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Project estimating skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check.
