We provide water heater, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and water purification services across California. Our experienced technicians receive continuous training to stay ahead with the latest technology and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, water filtration systems, and related products during service calls.
• Close residential and/or commercial sales opportunities by presenting product information, pricing, and value.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters with safety and code compliance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform water heater repairs and maintenance.
• Leverage AI technology to review recorded sales interactions and improve sales techniques.
• Educate customers on product benefits, energy efficiency, and proper maintenance.
• Maintain vehicle inventory, complete documentation, and ensure excellent jobsite cleanliness.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and installers to complete jobs on time.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Previous sales experience preferred—confident discussing product options and closing solutions.
• Minimum one year of relevant field experience; plumbing background preferred.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment (lifting water heaters 75+ lbs, bending, crawling, driving, etc.).
• Coachable mindset and openness to feedback from field leadership and peers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record per company policy.
