• Two years of experience in either carpentry or masonry
• Clean MVD
• OSHA 30 is highly preferred, not required
• Learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work
• Produce high‑quality work safely and productively at all times
• Must speak and understand English
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)
• May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently
• May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis
• Move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas
• Must comply with all safety standards and procedures
• Will climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds
• Will lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
• Work up to a 10‑hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
