Position: Security Officer Location: San Ysidro, CA Type: Part-Time & Full-Time

$18.00 – $21.00/hr (Based on experience & availability)
Shift: Day Shifts

• Maintain a strong security presence inside retail store
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious behavior or potential theft activity
• Conduct undercover or high-visibility patrols depending on assignment
• Deter theft through professional engagement and observation
• Support store management during incidents or emergencies
• Complete accurate written reports on incidents, observations, or recoveries
• Monitor entrances/exits and enforce store loss-prevention policies
• Respond quickly and professionally to high-risk situations

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• A working smartphone with data to check schedules
• Reliable transportation to and from the site
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts
• Excellent situational awareness and ability to remain alert
• Ability to observe discreetly without confrontation unless authorized
