Security Officer - Customer Service Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Help to deter theft and other unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing customer traffic patterns, and communicating concerns to store leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, stock rooms, receiving areas, and perimeter spaces;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or points of entry, and verify credentials and deliveries according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document events with clear written reports, and notify management and/or emergency services when appropriate
