Security Officer - Driver Patrol Ambassador

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards and access issues.;
Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious behavior, and policy violations in accordance with post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from local emergency services and/or site management when needed.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and tenant requests in written reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or property management.
